Gimme Five Friday!

My sunglasses were free. I went to Savvy Seconds & 1st's resale shop the day after my birthday. The homie told the cashier it was my birthday so she gave me sunglasses for FREE. Of course, I picked the biggest pair of sunglasses I could find plus they're purple!

The denim shirt from J. Crew by way of the thrift says it's "The Perfect Shirt" on the label. I concur. The sleeves can be worn up or down and it matches everything. It has darts giving it a nice fitted shape. It is indeed perfect. Almost. I could use a smidge more boob room. The button kept popping open all day. No worries though. I had on my good bra.

This is a dress that I am once again wearing as a skirt. I tried to wear the tube halter dress as an actual dress but that is just not the style for me. Too much shoulder and arm exposure. I don't have a strapless bra either so the girls did not sit right in it. I love the paisley print though so I'm making it work. Next step is to chop off half of the tube so I don't have to tuck it all inside.

I had to crop a mattress and box spring out of the pictures (mattress next to fence and box spring under the stairs). Lordy Lord. I came home one day and there was a man hidden behind the box spring frying pork in an electric fryer. Yes, that really happened. I believe the man is visiting my neighbor. I have no explanation for the mattress and box spring just hanging out in the parking lot.

A mosquito bit me yesterday on one of my cheeks and not the ones on my face. I am a mosquito magnet. They love my blood. That mosquito went the extra mile to either bite through my skirt or go under it. Filthy beast.
