Peachy Keen Spring Dress

I've been doing a lot of online thrifting lately. I love to search out buried treasures in person but online is so convenient. They're always open and ready to go when I'm in need of some thrift therapy. I'm looking to fill my summer closet with easy dresses that I can throw on. This peachy knit one fit the bill perfectly.

I had a thredup credit burning a whole in my virtual pocket so I scrolled through the dresses and added this one to my cart twice. Since there's only one of an item in an online thrift store, you don't have the luxury of hoarding stuff in your cart. The cart items return to the "floor" after 24 hours. They will show up as recently removed so if an items is still available you can put it back in the cart which is what I did with this one.

I liked the color but there's an attached green slip underneath that I wasn't really feeling. Also, it kind of reminded me of a doily. I wasn't sure if that was a good or a bad thing. Now that I'm wearing it, I've decided it's good. I like the shape and the texture. I still may remove the slip though.

I found the pumps last week in a new to me thrift store. I love it when I stumbled upon a new spot. I wasn't expecting much. I had less than an hour to look around before picking V up.

The t-strap pumps were the first item I found. I  liked the vintage look of them. The quality was great. They're comfortable and they were dirt cheap at $3. I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of them and the peachy dress.
What have you thrifted lately?
