{City} Style & Snapshots Soiree

Last week, I attended the 4th annual Style & Snapshots Soiree hosted by Neighborhood Parent's Network (NPN) and Sassy Moms in the City. Sassy Moms in the City Go Red event was my first post motherhood outing so I always say yes to any event hosted by them because they rock! Also, you know I love a party that ends early enough to make my 11p date with my bed.

My outfit: rhinestone earrings from Peonia Handmade,  Savers thrift store tee and BCBG Max Azria shoes (not pictures) and Joe Fresh skirt gifted to me by my mommy.

Style & Snapshots featured complimentary make-up application by Laura Mercier, hair touchups by Arch Apothecary, shop & borrow from Accessory Mercado, and headshots courtesy of Kevin Hammett Photography Studios.

Yummy eats from RX Bar,  Protein Bar and Epic Burger.

As you know, I'm  on the socially awkward side but I like to throw myself into social situations so this was the perfect intimate setting. I like meeting new people it's just awfully weird. Having "activities" to perform and move around made it so much easier to relax. The wine helps too.

Gorgeous and affordable baubles from Accessory Mercado.
In between beauty treatments, I met some fab women entrepreneurs that are such an inspiration and give me renewed energy with my own self employment goals. I also got to mingle with the bloggies (blog homies) Natasha, Keely, April and my newest bloggie Jessica who is having a swap party next week. How perfect is that? Now I have some swapping (and networking) to do for next week!

How was your weekend?

I only have this grainy photo of me in my Accessory Mercado necklace I wore for my snaps. I went for extra sparkle. Can't wait to see my headshots! Do you like it?
