Thriftanista Style File: floral elastic waist dress

I'm really under the A/C wearing a vintage slip. I've been wearing that or shorts / tank combo for the past few days. No photos of that so here is me last week on another hot as hades day. I've worn this dress before. I love the vibrancy of the flowers. It's for sale in my Etsy but I like it so I'm giving it another wear. 

Maybe I will keep it and cut it. Make a top? Make a skirt? I'm all about the DIY right now. I had so much fun working on the jumpsuit. 

I have so many projects floating around in my head. I need to free them.
