DIY vintage inspired rhinestone earrings

I did another nap time for babies DIY. I was inspired by vintage disco ball earrings I saw on etsy. I found wooden ball earrings in my jewelry tangle and put the rhinestone setter from Consumer Crafts to work. 

This is an awesome tool. I want to add rhinestones to everything!

There isn't much instruction for this project. 

Grab rhinestones, the setter, and a pair of earrings. 

I plugged in the setter and in 2 minutes I was tacking them on. You have to move fast to position the rhinestone where you want it before the glue dries. I thought it was going to be super slow that's why I chose such a small first time project. It didn't take long at all though.

I like doing repetitive task (weirdo) so I found this to be quite relaxing. 

Pick up rhinestone. Apply to earring. Push in place and tap. Repeat.

I don't normally wear turbans but today just felt like a turban kind of day. How else can I show off my dainty little earrings?

Today is also a muumuu indoor day but just for you...I put on a tee and jeans. The tee is a very loosey goosey knit I thrifted not realizing it was a maternity top. Hence all the stretch! I will be throwing a muumuu on over it later.

One of these days I'm going to have muumuu and caftan week and show you all my winter favorites. I'll throw on some pumps to spice it up!
