I got real excited about hot weather today. All of my winter clothes are still out so I threw on the Goodwill spring thrift haul crop tank a little earlier than expected. There's some amazing colors going on in the floral print. It's definitely an eye catcher.
When I picked this tank up in Goodwill, I thought it was rather pricey at $6 but it was the half off color so I put it in the cart. Loved it even more when I tried it on. It's a great top for easy dress. The back is shirred making it easy to pull and keeps a slim fit in front.
As I had imagined, it's a great companion to everyday casual jeans and sneakers. I felt pretty and pulled together while still maintaining the comfort.
You know I love a high waist and that is about the only change I would make to this look. I need more belly button coverage to truly be in my zone.
I live in these sneakers. I slide them on with everything. The neutral color makes them a good match with jeans, skirts and dresses. They're comfortable and perfect for weekend strolls.
Since I kept it pretty basic on bottom, I went full technicolor on top. The earrings are probably from the same decade as the tank. They add to the island beach vibe. I brought in the yellow straw fedora and mirror sunglasses in pink to continue down that path of tropical flair.
