Goodwill Spring Thrift Haul

I'm excited to get into the thrift stores and find some new treasures now that Spring is here. I popped into Goodwill and found great pieces to mix in with my winter clothes and prep me for the heat that is to come. I spent $42 which is kind of steep by thrift store standards but still a pretty good deal considering the pieces I found.

I'm trying to tighten up the purse straps and get a little more discerning in my purchases. I made sure I could imagine each piece worn two ways before deciding to buy.

My favorite from the thrift haul is a pair of Tabita Brasil sandals. I am not familiar with the brand but it's definitely one I'll be watching out for in the future. The leather is buttery soft and the chunky striped heel is so unique. They can basically be worn with everything but I really want to see them with a vintage denim skirt or even the orange top and pants also in this haul.

The orange top and orange pants pair very well together. I'm also thinking denim is a good option for both. I'd also like to wear the top with a pair of scallop hem khaki shorts I found this winter.

The leather front moto cardigan is a fixer upper. The zipper is broken and there are two small holes in back from where the label was ripped out. I usually see the rip out on high quality brands at the thrift. It's completely stripped of care instructions, size, and brand but it's real leather and the knit feels like silk. I really liked the fit and the quality so I bought it anyway. It's a save for later.

The floral crop can be worn with just about everything. Naturally jeans are an obvious pairing. I'm specifically looking at my favorite high wasted flares.

I liked the vintage look of the Anthropologie Charlie & Robin knit blazer. The color is great too. I see it paired with the Cosabella mesh camisole from a haul last year and jeans or with the lace skirt. They look pretty good together on the mannequin.

The lace skirt is from Urban Outfitter brand Thistlepearl. The cut is loose and swingy without being a maxi skirt. It's very flattering on my body but I had to try it on to discover this. It has belt loops but no belt with it. I can easily make one or just remove the loops all together. I haven't decided yet. I do see it being worn with the floral crop from this haul or a simple tank top this summer.

What are you looking to thrift this spring?
