It's round 3 for the neon green skater skirt. I wore it with denim and with black. I've finally gotten around to a less basic color - electric blue. I was a little nervous about the vibrant on vibrant pairing but it absolutely works. Blue and green look great together!
The skirt throws on very well and doesn't need much to make it a standout. How could it be anything else with such a bright, florescent color?
I'm glad my mom thinks of me when she's tossing out her cast offs. She has the best "trash".
I love how the Savers thrifted blouse can fit into a number of different outfits from casual, to work wear to dressy. It's thin enough to layer. Sleeves up or down. It's all weather and washable. It was worth the $7 even though it was outside of my thrift budget.
I went low key with the rest of the look. Black booties and black stockings. I was surprised by the seams in back. I didn't realize they were there until I had them on and saw a crooked line mess just left of center. Took a bit of tugging but finally got them straight.
Because I can't resist the lure of animal print as a basic, I wore an estate sale goodie that's unfortunately too small be carried everyday as it should be. It matches everything and instantly perks up any outfit.
What do you wear with a neon green skirt?
