{Thrift Haul} $100 Spree

Last week I was lucky enough to have 3 glorious hours of uninterrupted thrift shopping time on a half price day at Unique Thrift Store. I went on a major spree. Within 15 minutes, I had a full cart and had to put some things back as I didn't want to go over $100. I spent $97 and I bought 9 pairs of shoes, 3 tops, 4 pairs of pants, 2 skirts, a muumuu, a book and a purse!

It's funny how tops are so needed in my closet and in the entire thrift haul...there's only three.

Mu Fashions Furry Sweater I wore it all ready and love it.
Sequin top I plan to sell it. It's gorgeous so it's very tempting to keep in for myself!
Target brand sweater another cozy grandpa sweater.

I bought some random items because I got really caught up in the spree.  I have to keep my shopping short, sweet, and to the point when I have V with me so I don't pop around and explore much. Going without her allowed me to look for treasures all over the store. I found:

Mend It! vintage book Clothes repair comes with the thrift life so I know I will get some use out it. It's a reference book every seamstress and vintage lover should have.

Sears muumuu I like muumuus. One with a zip front and pockets is even better. *shrugs*

Cynthia Rowley purse I like that it's green and not your basic black or brown everyday bag. It's the kind of purse you can miss at first glance. A closer look revealed a  durable, well made mix of nylon and leather fabrics.

I also found shoes to sale:

thrift haul new shoes ugg

Cole Haan loafers with a patent leather kiltie
new Colin Stuart booties
Sam Edelman ballet flats
new Ugg flats
new Clarks booties
Walter Steiger victorian style boots
Stuart Weitzman croc embossed wedge pumps
new Seychelles wedge shoes
new girls Timberland boots

Then there were pants.

Embroidered pants These are my favorite find of the entire thrift haul. They are gorgeous. Well made. High waist. No labels at all and they don't fit. Womp. Womp.

Club Monaco wool sailor pants I haven't decided if they are for sale or not. They were exactly the kind of pants I would buy when I was working outside of the home.

embroidered pants

Lucky Brand black velvet pants I haven't tried them on yet but they are definitely my style.

John Varvatos jeans that were hanging out in the women's section. I bought them for The Thriftanista Closet.

Last in my $100 spree were a couple of skirts that will also be sold on eBay.

Nanette Lepore fancy skirt I actually noticed this skirt the week before but I thought it was too expensive but since it was half price day, I threw it in the cart.

Sundance denim maxi skirt I liked the softness of the denim and the hippie chick style.

Have you ever went on a thrifting spree?

Well done! I love everyone of your purchases. It is like you got a whole new wardrobe. I like to stop by thrift stores too and see what I can find but I am not as talented as you are. Well done! Stopping by via #SITSBlogging
