Style File: Fashion's Night Out(fit)

Who goes to Fashion's Night Out and not take pictures? The headless one below. I had my camera but it was an off night. Weird and bizarro behavior everywhere. Must have been some leftover full moon energy floating in the air.

I also didn't partake of all the sales and freebie goodness. Strangeness, right? The good part of the night was coming home to a glass of garnacha and seeing that E paused the tv so I wouldn't miss any of President Obama's speech.

Highlight of my night.

I was quite impressed with my outfit. I rarely buy navy clothing because I never know what matches well with it. Oddball fact about me. I also don't normally wear black and blue together. Oddball fact #2.    With this outfit, I'm breaking some of my own nonsensical rules and I love how it came together.

Hey look! There's V sitting on the stairs.

On my nails, China Glaze Purple Panic (Neon) topped with Sinful's Pinky Glitter.
Sinful Pinky Glitter

sequin shoulder tee // Boston Proper / thrifted
hight waist pink pencil skirt // Adolfo International /thrifted
vintage bag // Fendi / thrifted
pumps // Gianni Bini / eBay

She said she wanted to take a picture. I told her to smile. This is what I got.

Off to a freaktastic evening.

Who attended FNO events? How was it?

FYI: Oogieloves Kids Prize Pack giveaway ending soon! Go check out the awesome prize.

Love the navy/pink/gold combo! I went out for a bit but like you, didn't buy anything. I have a couple of specific purchases in mind for this month.

I love your outfit! Your nails look great too. I feel like I never have good look with nail polish when it comes to mixing them. I have a glitter combo that I want to try. Love baby girl's expression too!

Your daughter is so cute! I love how she is just playing in all the pictures. It's really a great depiction of how mom's can be a mom and fashionable at the same time! :) I love the outfit. Very cute!

Love the top and Ms. V is too cute. I wanted to attend an event but it was late and I wanted to watch the DNC convention and the Prez!
