Monday Mingle + $25 Visa Gift Card Giveaway

I had a full, busy weekend including a visit from my BFF, the first Thriftanista Social Club meetup, sewing dresses for girls in Haiti, and a baby shower.

What I Wore

I wore this to meet my visiting BFF. It's another experiment in pattern mixing. I stepped outside of my comfort zone a bit with this one. I love the pieces separately but together....hmm. They will not be seen together again EVER!

Pink cropped sweater - unknown (thrifted)
Floral blouse - unknown (thrifted)
High waisted palazzo pants - Forever 21
Tan wedge boots  - Corso Como

      Yeah they are. I got them free in a buy 1 get 1 deal. I challenged my self to make them work. I love the high waist.

    I actually like the pieces together, it looks good. It's always best to mix a small pattern with a large pattern which you did quite well. By the way, I entered the contest 50-11 times, lol.
